Testimonial from Senior Warden Paula Copley - ' I want to share that I went to Bill Gauthier’s “Mindful Mondays” presentation. It was great! I really encourage all of you to embrace some of his ideas and practices. Join the group on Monday!'
Join St. John’s parishioner Bill “Bodhi” Gauthier every Monday for a weekly exploration of the transformative power of mindfulness in daily life. Bill will introduce ideas and practices and invite conversations that encourage living a life of presence and joy amidst the chaos of daily life.
Participants will find support to explore the connections between the mind, emotions, and body, and how they influence our everyday experiences. Each session will delve into various topics and practices that nurture the mind, emotions, body, and spirit, as well as the soul's journey. The class will conclude with a dedicated time for understanding and practicing meditation.
About Bill "Bohdi" Gauthier
After a lifetime of undiagnosed PTSD and ADHD, Bill hit a low point in 2019, which ignited his passion for healing. His mission is to share his journey and insights to help others realize that healing is possible and to live a life full of joy.
Bill’s journey led him to study mindfulness at Brown University, classes and certification in life coaching, hundreds of hours of reading and listening to spiritual programs, physical and mental therapies, and psychology books and programs, all to try and make sense of it all, embody the experience, and be of service to his community.
Bill has been blessed to find peace of mind and continues working on a state of inner peace and physical healing. He has healed from addictions, trauma, and anxiety through a combination of mindfulness, study, contemplation, introspection, and plant-based medicine. While Bill loves talking about spirituality, he is also an entrepreneur, a scratch golfer, and an aspiring chef who can be seen walking or riding his E-bike around Kirkland regularly.
