Welcome to our church online. We are a community of seven-day-a-week Christians that is transformed by the love of Jesus Christ, a love we seek to share with everyone. We experience God in the mystery and joy of worship, and that experience moves us to serve and give in many different ways. We are glad you’ve come to get to know us on our website, and we are eager to get to know you when you join us in worship.

What to Expect

How we dress, what we do: Come as you are. Sunday mornings you will find people worshiping in suits and ties, and jeans and t-shirts. We include the full service in our bulletins each week for ease of participation by all, especially those new to the Episcopal Church.  All you will need in addition to your bulletin is a blue hymnal and an open heart!

All about communion: We practice an open table at St. John’s.  The altar is not our table, but the Lord’s! So, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey you are welcome to receive communion at St. John’s. We always have gluten free wafers available for communion!

We hope to see you soon and look forward to your joining our community in worship!

Getting Here

There is parking available behind the church building off 1st Ave. From the parking lot proceed past the big plate glass windows to the entry portico (double doors). Inside you will find greeters to guide you into the worship space (we call it the Nave) which will be on your left once you enter.

If entering from State Street come across the labyrinth painted onto the courtyard and enter through the double doors. You will find greeters ready to guide you into the worship space which will be on your right.
